- duplicate your background layer and set the duplicate on 'soft light'
- selective color:
red: cyan 100
cyan: cyan -100, magenta -100, yellow -100
blue: cyan -100, magenta -100, yellow -100
magenta: magenta -100
- duplicate the background layer, drag it to the top and set it on 'overlay'
- new fill layer = #ddfcfa multiply 100%
- add a white grunge texture (multiply 100%)
- new fill layer = #ddfcfa color burn 100%
- add text, brushes etc :)
