BLUE: 100 / 0 / 7 / -1
MAGENTA: 0 / 79 / 0 / 0

and you got this:



now you can add

a new layer fill with #24074f, exclusion 100%

brightness / contrast: 0 / 20

brightness / contrast: -3 / 12
